variety of wild bird types to your
backyard including Chickadees,
Blue Jays, Finches, Nuthatches,
Cardinals and many others. This

maintain.
Solid Western Red Cedar
Construction
The
Better Birds Classic Bird Feeder is constructed
with cedar. Cedar has excellent insulating
properties, is
naturally durable, and is
resistant to moisture, decay and insect
damage. It has a pleasant and unmistakeable
aroma. Unfinished cedar has a
richly textured grain with colors ranging from
mellow ambers, reddish cinnamons and rich
sienna browns. These qualities
make each birdhouse unique and one of a
kind.
Seed is Protected
From The Elements
BetterBird's classic feeder has two solid,
strong, clear plastic sides which will
make it easy to see when you need to refill
your seed. This design
will keep the seeds protected from the elements
within the hopper bin. The
hopper bin holds 3 quarts of birdseed.
Easy to Fill
The gabled roof pivots open for
filling the birdfeeders with birdseed and for
simple cleaning. There is an easy to
use latch that will lock so pests, such as
squirrels, cannot open the seed bin.
Build to
Last
This classic
bird feeder is assembled with screws and nails
to keep it strong. With the solid
construction and use of cedar, this
birdfeeder is constructed to last for
years!
Where To Hang The
Birdfeeder
It is ideal to hang a birdfeeder in
or near trees and shrubs. Birds
like to fly back and forth from the feeder
to the trees as they use the trees for
protection from predators. It would
be best to hang the feeder is a quiet area
in your yard.
The birdfeeder should be
hung around eye level, making sure that it is
not too high or low. 7 - 8 feet maximum is a
good rule of thumb.
Each Bird Feeder is
Unique
Please note that when you order a hand crafted
cedar product from BetterBirds.com,
the
product that you receive will be unique.
The wood grain will differ from the picture
on our website, as cedar is a natural
organic product and no two pieces are the
same. Variations in the wood color, grain,
knots and texture will occur on each
product. We do not consider these
differences to be defects as they are
natural occurrences in the wood grain which
can be quite beautiful!
